Weaber is one of the largest hardwood lumber producers in the nation – a leader in flooring, wall boards, moldings and more. We are a growing company that is always looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at the Lebanon, PA Manufacturing Plant. Currently we are seeking an experienced Lumber and Log Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, purchasing, and logistics for our wood supply operations. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, and established relationships with timberland owners, sawmills, and forestry companies. Responsibilities include securing a steady, cost-effective supply of logs and lumber, monitoring market trends, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and coordinating transportation and inventory. Candidates should have a degree in Forestry, Business, or Supply Chain Management (preferred), at least three years of industry experience, and knowledge of timber grading, regulations, and procurement strategies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Travel to supplier sites and mills required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
